Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled visit in order to fill out an information sheet.  

Be sure to bring the following with you:

• Pertinent medical and surgical history information, including the most recent vaccinations 
• List of symptoms/signs of illness
• List of any medications the animal takes
• X-rays or other lab results, if needed
• Referral forms when applicable

Monday - Wednesday  8:00am - 8:00pm
Thursday - Saturday -  8:00am - 5:30pm

From New York City: Take the Whitstone Bridge to the Hutchinson River Parkway North. Take Exit 25 (Rt 127), make at right at the end of the ramp,  toward Harrison. Go about a 1.3 miles and make a left on to North Street. The Hospital is 1 miles down on your left.

From Brewster: Take 684 South to the Hutchinson River Parkway South. Take Exit 25 (Rt 127), make at left at the end of the ramp,  toward Harrison. Go about a 1.3 miles and make a left on to North Street. The Hospital is 1 mile down on your left.

From Connecticut: Take I-95 South (toward NYC) to Exit 19 (Playland Parkway). Take the first exit (Playland Access Dr / Playland).  Turn Right onto Playland Access Drive to the end. Turn Right onto Theodore Fremd Ave. and procede to the next traffic light (North Street). Turn Left on to North Street... the Hospital is just over the bridge on your Right.
