ANNUAL AWARD APPLICATION FORMS

NOTE:

All perpetual trophies belonging of the GSP Club of SA, must be returned to the Point Score Officer at a minimum of 30 days prior to them being re-awarded.

All engraving is to be done by and at the expense of the GSP Club of SA.

No engraving accounts will be approved for payment if done by anyone other than the specified GSP Club of SA supplier.

This applies to ALL Annual Award, Championship Show & Open Show Trophies.
