Ch Greywei Smart Move (AI) 'Poppy' and Australian Grand Ch. Bromhund High Fidelity 'Cusack'.
A steady temperament, a great nose and plenty of drive, Holly should well be able to follow in the footsteps of her grand dam Bromhund Greta Garbo NRD.
Not only has she excelled with retrieving, Holly has won multiple Class in Group and in Show awards, most recently winning
JUNIOR IN SHOW at both the Victorian and NSW Weimaraner Specialities.
Holly had her first litter mid 2008 to Australian Champion Amarige Walk The Line 'Cash' and we have kept a stunning boy Greywei Johnny Cash 'Johnny' and Greywei Cool Cash 'Rani' who have both had success in the show ring.
Holly's first taste of competition Retrieving
"Holly at 6 months old faced her first judge at a Beginners Test to see if our young Wei will be a Retrieving Trial winner.
I removed the lead at the starting pegs, she immediately raced over to chat to the judge, he was suitably unimpressed and I managed to call her back again. Set her up, but off again, back to the judge to see if he had gotten over his shyness.
The next time I set her up she managed to stay put until the bird rose in the air, off again! This time she found the man on the thrower, but he didn’t want to communicate either, so off to look for the bird.
Some good hunting with some good nose work and she located the bird, pity she didn’t pick it up and bring it back! Out of the competition for us, back to training for our little socialite."
