" Tank"

Arrived in Australia at the beginning of the Eighties. On his journey to Australia he obtained 2 of his show titles thanks to Jane George in the UK and Barbara Kennedy/Pronger in New Zealand. Tank finally reached Australia in May 1981.
He finished his Australian Championship within ten weeks of his arrival.
He is the only weimaraner holding this particular combination of titles. He sired pups in three countries with show champions and working titles in each of these countries including the highest awarded gundog in the UK. Tank's immediate success as a sire stimulated a strong interest in furthern American Imports which continues to this day.
He sired 68 show champions together with numerous field and obedience champions.
