Potential puppy buyers are encouraged to ask questions and we also will be asking many questions, as we believe owning a pet is a privilege, not a right, and it is a big responsability for the lifetime of the dog. By applying for adoption, you hereby give your vet and other references permission to disclose pertinent information to PortoVilla Boxers. Upon email/online puppy application, signature is implied. If printing and returning by mail, you must print and sign your name. All questions must be answered to be considered.
