Trial Secretary Services

Are you, your club or training group interested in hosting a “Dogs on Course in North America” agility trial? Are you unsure if your group can handle all the work? If so, we may be able to help you out with your trial. We can manage most of your pre-trial paperwork, the scoring during the event and file your required electronic files. After the trial we even provide each exhibitor with their personal results using your clubs Agility Unscrambled license .

Pre-trial services include creating and posting your premium and entry forms on our web site, processing entries, sending confirmations and answering general exhibitor emails. Once your trial is approved by DOCNA you provide us the basic information we need to create your premium. We will post your premium on our web site at www.3ddogtraining.com and may list it on other services as well. No need to mass mail your premium saving you most of the pre-trial printing cost.

We can also take care of all your scoring needs from providing the check in list ,entering the scores, providing gate sheets, scribe sheets, posting the results, processing move ups and even labeling your ribbons with run information. In addition, we can provide you a list of who is willing to work at your trial and what classes they are entered. We provide a measuring device (optional) for your judge to use, assist the judge with the measuring, and check in process. We can also provide you with a set of electronic timers with a horn (optional) to help your trial run smoothly. Following the trial, we will provide DOCNA with all the electronic trial data they require and printed catalog, you will only need to fill out the Trial Report Form.
